Roast Turkey Cake

After seeing several beautiful roast turkey cakes, I knew I had to try my hands on one. I had to decide between doing a buttercream or a fondant roast turkey cake and finally decided on a buttercream cake with fondant/gumpaste accessories.
It was fun to make and now I know how to make a better one.
